A Frenchman Groom and a Filipina Bride ( Saison - Ladia Wedding, August 10, 2014)

My appreciation to Ms. Celia Cunanan of THE SOCIAL CONNECTION for introducing to me this wonderful pleasant couple, Frenchman Damien Saison and Rochelle Ladia both based in Guangzhou.  Never did I have any unpleasant exchange of conversation and arrangements.
Rochelle's concept was vintage and Damien was so gentleman enough to give Rochelle the freehand to conceptualized the them which she eventually endorsed to me.  working with overseas based couples always turns out to be a lot  easier of course with the help of viber, it was like she was always there. As usual, I submitted my 3 designs of vintage and I have always given the bride the prerogative to the bride to choose on the designs I created based on her inspirations.
Damien on the other hand wanted should be coming to his wedding clad in a Filipino Barong Tagalog with a very non-traditional design and styling but using an all original swarovski buttons for his coat cut sleeves and shoulders and a pair of swarovski buttons styled as his cuff-links.  I always compliment the commissioned barong with an inner shirt and trousers.  And up to his wedding shoes was Filipino branded name.

We are always lucky because the female entourage attires turns out to be just the hemming and so very minor in adjustment.  My appreciation to the ladies with their cooperativeness with fittings.
It is always a good atmosphere working with Studio A headed by Ghie Javelosa for the photo and video.  Meeting Chichi Sotomil and her partner for a well executive hair and make-up in vintage look.

Full Bloom's , Ms. Inah Anupol did an excellent flower arrangement for the flower requirements.  The Studebaker limousine of Don Robert's brought the bride to the  San Agustin Church for the tying of the knot and all the way to "O" Resort along Imus , Cavite for the reception prepared by the catering brand Albergus

The wedding scene was very interesting as Damien's family came in full force all the way from France which is about twenty people from my own personal assessment.  It was a union of two cultures from two continents.  There is only one thing I realized.  They both are very much in love and I'm sure this wedding is made in heaven.
